To presidents of all branches of ACSSNL:

The Groningen, Enschede and Utrecht branches of ACSSNL are deeply appreciated of your cooperation to help us organize the badminton competition. So far, we have received 12 cities’ applications. As the deadline for registration is approaching, we would like to ask all branches to forward the attached registration form to the leader of your local badminton team. Could you please fill in the form and email it back to acssnl.sport@gmail.com, and cc to Mingliangjin (mingliangjin@hotmail.com) and the local branch. Please fill in the exact contact information of the team leaders. Later, he will be the person bridging our organizational committee and the team. On that day, we will arrange local students to guide the team from central station to the stadium. Hereby, we would like to say thank you to all branches for your encouragement and support. If there is anything that we have done inappropriately, please feel free to contact us and we will try our utmost to improve our work.

Schedule for 2-22 Utrecht Badminton Competition (not fixed yet)

1. Match Schedule:

10:30-18:00, Feb, 22, 2009 (Sunday)

1.1 10:30-11:00 registration and lot drawing; warming-up
1.2 11:00-11:15 opening ceremony
1.3 11:15-11:25 umpires and working committee get ready
1.4 11:25: match starts
1.5 17:30: match ends
1.6 17:30-18:00 show game and awarding
2. Location: Utrecht University Stadium

3. Social Activities: We will organize a Chinese WOK at Wok de Mallejan, http://www.mallejan.nl/. It costs 24 euro for each participant, the shuttles are included. You will be sent to the restaurant and ferried to the Central Station afterwards.
